Women's Ministry
Meeting Time: Every third Thursday at 6pm at the Church. (no meetings Jan or Feb)
We all need girlfriends, but more importantly, we all need girlfriends in Christ. The Franklin United Brethren Church Women's Ministry group began as a means for women of all ages to meet and fellowship together. We typically have casual conversation and a devotion to inspire growth in our faith. After that it may be fun and games, working on a project, or brainstorming on what project we want to do next...how can we use our talents to serve God in our church and in our community.
Recently, we ministered to the organization "My Very Own Blanket." We were able to make and donate over 100 blankets to comfort children entering the foster care system. What a blessing this project was; and to be able to do it together was so rewarding.
Men's Fellowship Group
Meets the last Friday of each month at 6:45am at Tim Horton/Wendy's at 7400 Fodor Road in New Albany. Please consider joining this group for an hour to get to know each other better.
Are you hoping to grow closer in your walk with Jesus? Would you like to build relationships with a small group of others who care about and pray for each other? Do you like serving others in your local area?
Then Franklin's Life Groups are a great place for you, because they combine Bible study, prayer & care for each other, and community service opportunities! They do life together through Learning, Involvement, Fellowship, & Evangelism.
Notify Pastor Mike if you would like to join or facilitate a LIFE Group in your home or at the Church. You do NOT have to attend Franklin Church to be part of these groups.
