Ladies- Join the Refit Revolution!  

A FREE fitness revolution for WOMEN ONLY begins here!  Refit is a Christian-designed fitness class for ladies of all ages and all fitness levels.

This cardio class seeks to engage the whole person- body, mind and soul. The music and moves are carefully selected to maintain a positive, family-friendly atmosphere.  

Classes will be held in Room 102 of the church (youth room) on Tuesdays at 6:00pm and Thursdays at 6:30pm.
